[GAC-Dems] Minutes for 3/27/07

Hey Everyone,
Here are the minutes!

In Attendance:  Kacy Wothe, Eric Nelson, Galen Mitchell, Laura  
Groenjes, Carla Shutrop, Dan Jackson, Natalie Norberg, Justin Martin,  
Matt Pollari, Niko Suoraniemi, Allan Johnson, Danielle Harms, Lisa  
Hughes, Jacob Seamans, Peter G(rastrom)

I.  T-shirts
      -48 have been pre-ordered and paid for
      -We will be tabling twice after spring break (look for an email  
to sign up sent by Galen after he reserved the tables)
      -We have about $150 in the 9-line to pay, but we can go a little  
in the red

II. Demfest
      -We for sure have Walz
      -We have to send Franken an email with details
      -Eric has emailed bloggers
      -We have $150 for food, I will look into hot dog, buns, chips,  
watermelon, and rootbeer barrel kegs prices
      -Galen has talked to Chris Bacon about playing, Eric will  
contact Limit and Peter will contact 306

III.  Camp Wellstone
      -Possible money sources:  Poli Sci dept, PASO, D-Center, Senate,  
Republicans, community, local activists and politicians....
      -A non-partisan group has formed to encourage civic engagement  
on campus, so they can ask for money as well.

IV.  We'll have the banner soon, just need to talk to Liam

V.  Talk to Justin if you want to join the Relay for Life team.

VI.  Diversity Banquet sometime in April or may
