Alright,
     So many of us (Eric) are not around during J-Term and as  
co-president I have taken it upon myself to find out when and where we  
would like to meet during this gloriously lazy filled month. I myself  
have had multiple people tell me Wednesdays aren't working too well  
due to all the other meetings and activities on those dates. But  
hopefully we can find a day that works for everyone.
     What I'd like to do, is have everyone email me about when we can,  
or would like to meet this J-Term. If you have no preference, say so.  
If you don't email me back I'll simply assume you don't care and  
assign whatever day and time best supports the democratic way. Every  
no response is a vote of confidence that those who did respond will  
pick the best day and time. (Kinda like normal voting)
     Also, if you guys have any place better to meet, now would be the  
time to inform me. I'm going to start reserving rooms as soon as  
possible, so please respond as soon as you can.
     There has also been inquiry as to changing our regular meeting  
date and time. Let me know what you'd like to see on this issue as  
well and we'll try and come up with something that works for as many  
people as possible.
