[GAC-Dems] See David Horowitz on Tuesday

Hello GAC Dems,
this is your new co-president, Eric Nelson.  I want to make sure you  
are all aware of the visit by conservative speaker David Horowitz on  
Tuesday.  He'll be speaking at 7pm in Alumni Hall about the dangers of  
what he sees as a higher education system entirely unfriendly to  
conservative ideas.

What makes him so bad?  Horowitz is the worst kind of neo-con.  He  
views liberals as traitors to America and supporters of Islamic  
Terrorism.  He has written books like "Hating Whitey and Other Liberal  
Causes" and articles like "Guns don't kill black people, other blacks  
do."  He is on par with Ann Coulter when it comes to fanaticism.

So why should we, as Democrats, go see him?  Simple.  David Horowitz  
is what we are working against.  It is important to see and confront  
radical conservatives in the defense of our values.  There'll be a  
question and answer portion, and a discussion portion afterwards.   
Come, share your ideas, and show Mr. Horowitz the value of a LIBERAL  
education.
