Hi Folks, Here Are The Minutes... 2/23/06

*Congratulations Sid & Eric, newly-elected student senate co-prezs!*

In Attendance:  Chris Anderson, Courtney Caswell, Andy Winn, Eric Nelson,
Christina Gripentycg, Gwen Peterson, Megan Torfin, Allan Johnson, Raj

I.  Megan calls the meeting to order, inviting everyone to make an introduction
(what's the best thing about Thursdays??)

II.  Caucuses coming soon-  Tuesday, March 7th at 7pm @ St. Peter High School
(registration @ 6:30)

III. Tabling

-We are doing it this week on Tues and Thurs: sign-ups forthcoming via email!?
-To promote caucusing and ourselves (The Dems)

IV. Upcoming Events

-Pizza and Politics, slated for Wednesday, March 8th in SSC:  Topic is the
impact of South Dakota's new abortion law on federal abortion law

-Another Pizza and Politics later in the semester

-Speakers...

  At this point, Raj flamboyantly enters the room and demands an update on the
proceedings of this meeting...

V.  Meeting Resumes

-We will being accepting T-shirt slogan ideas at the tables this week, so come
one, come all and help decide on the future of the Gustavus Democrats!
